Oklahoma was home to me from age seven to almost ten, and I remember it as a glorious place to be a kid. Our neighborhood had sidewalks, and the empty field behind our house was the perfect prairie for my brother and me to play “Cowboys and Indians.”
As it happens, Oklahoma is also rife with gifted photographers – storytellers and art makers and documentarians and portrait takers.
